Vegetables are so much important in every humans body as they give more nutrients rather than meat, In Metro Manila vegetables are so expensive as you can buy more than 100 pesos per kilo in the Supermarket.
But, In Ifugao province, our local farmers force to sell their crop as low as 7 pesos per kilo.

As stated in the Ifugao Farmer’s Forum Facebook page:
Good green morning from the vegetable gardens of Tinoc, Ifugao! First photo is an ongoing harvest of cabbage (Wonderball variety) bound later today to La Trinidad, Trading post. He said he preferred this variety because it won’t crack even stocked or not immediately harvested which gives flexibility for farmer when to harvest and preferred by buyers taking them to farther destination. (Permission to be posted here granted by farmer). This is his second harvest and the first harvest sold at 7 pesos per kg. Price of this second harvest will only be known at the trading post after selling to/bargaining with potential buyers. Succeeding photos are carrots, lettuce, and brocolli.
