Typhoon Lawin weakens after a landfall Peñablanca, Cagayan yesterday (October19, 2016) at 11:00pm.
Latest issued by PAGASA as 5:00am Thursday. Typhoon Lawin weaken its strenght and its now crossed Apayao. Typhoon(Haima) or locally name as Lawin categorized as Super Typhoon now only a Typhoon as it maximum winds of up to 205 kilometers per hour (km/h) and gustiness of up to 285 km/h.
