Bacolod, City, Philippines – A total of 220 couples on “Thursday” February 20, 2020, tied the knot in a mass wedding.
With the danger of the Wuhan “Corona Virus” the couples followed the Department of Health Protocol “with no contact gestures among lovers”. Nothing can stop for the couples as they required to wear a face mask during the wedding Ceremony.

They were required to fill out the forms, that their health status and their travel history in the past 14 days.
Mayor Evelio Leonardia of Bacolod lead the mass wedding ceremony, with the coordination of city government has been sponsoring a mass weddings annually, usually known as “Kasalan ng Bayan“.
