Nowitzki also becomes the 6th player in NBA History to reach 50,000 career minutes, in which he only needed 7 minutes before the game. Only 5 other players reach this milestone namely, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Karl Malone, Kevin Garnett, Jason Kidd and Elvin Hayes. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar holds the record with 57,446 career minutes. Jabbar also holds NBA’s career pts.
