San Miguel Beer who easily leads in the first quarter, with June Mar Fajardo 5 points early, 9 minutes to play in the opening period. But the Kings have some answer of the Beer points, but they outscored 12 points after the opening quarter (36-24) in favor of San Miguel Beer. Barangay Ginebra cut that lead to just 9 points going into the break with 57-46, Ginebra have some run on this quarter, but the 3 point shot converted of San Miguel Beer was a difference with 9 made 3 point basket in the half.

Ginebra got an early run opening of the 3rd quarter as they cut the San Miguel lead (65-64) early in 3rd with 6 minutes left on the clock that made Leo Austria to take time out. San Miguel easily answer for 5-0 run with a 3 point made basket of Arwind Santos and a lay-up of Elija Millsap 70-64. Third quarter is just a run after a run with under 2 minutes the Kings got their third deadlock (72-72) ending with 79-76 in favor of Barangay Ginebra going into the 4th quarter.
San Miguel continues their drought going to fourth quarter as they totally outscored by 12 points 80-92 by the Barangay, that was a biggest lead of the Kings. Beer have minor run, in the later period that cut the lead to just 6 points 91-97, with the third 3 point basket of Alex Cabagnot in the period, cut the lead to just 3 points 102-105 this was the closest comeback by the Beer unfortunately Barangay have always an answer closing the game with a 115-108 victory.
