Manila, Philippines – President Rodrigo Duterte released “Drug Trade Matrix” earlier today August 25 , 2016. Showing links between Senator Leila de Lima and several others allegedly involved in illegal drug activities at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) under the President Aquino administration.

The names listed on the “Drug Trade Matrix” are:
- Senator Leila De Lima
- De Lima’s former driver Ronnie Palisoc Dayan
- Urbiztondo, Pangasinan Mayor Raul Sison
- Pangasinan provincial administrator Rafael Baraan
- Pangasinan Rep. Amado Espino
- Former Justice Undersecretary Francis Baraan
- Former Bureau of Corrections chief Franklin Bucayo

It is also stated that Dayan had been a boyfriend for DOJ secretary now Senator Leila De Lima. Dayan also got a house and lot, money vehicles from the De Lima.
The President also mentions a governor close to him also involved in the alleged drug trade inside the New Bilibid Prison. But the president said he is still verifying this connection.
