Staples Center – Battle for the Western Conference Playoff contender between Thunder and Clippers.
Russell Westbrook continues his dominance on the floor as the Thunder handed first loss of the Clipper a tight game win (85-83) in the front of Clippers home.

Thunder who leads early as much as 8pts early in the first period (13-5), Thunder still lead by 7pts (19-12) with 4:10 minutes to play, but Clipper went 12-4 run to end the first quarter with a lead (24-23).
While Clippers point guard (Chris Paul) still no field goals converted in his 4 attempts, Westbrook lead the Thunder to a 16pts in the first half and lead by 8pts to Clippers (49-41).
Chris Paul who scored only 3pts in the free throw line area in the first 2 quarters, open the 3rd period with a triple. Chris Paul again hit a triple again to trim the lead (55-52) under 7 minutes to play. Brandon Bass end the third period with a buzzer beater and regain the lead (66-65).
With a series of exchange basket in the 4th period the games are so close, until Domantas Sabonis hit a triple to regain the lead in favor of the Oklahoma Thunder (79-78), then Russell Westbrook extended the lead to (83-78) but Redick converted a triple on the next position to trim the lead (83-81) under 39.2seconds left. Then Westbrook got fouled again and made 2 free throws (85-81) to seal the win, DeAndre Jordan answered on the next position with a reverse lay-up.
Wesbrook missed his last 2 free throws in the dying seconds as his team already sealed the victory.
Wesbrook leads the Thunder and finished with 35pts, with no other Thunder player scored in double digit.
Despite slow start, Chris Paul leads the Clippers with 15pts, Marreese Speights and Blake Griffin added 14pts each.
Despite his 6boards and 5assists against the Clippers, Wesbrook still average with 37.8pts, 10.5rebounds and 10 assists in the first 4 games.
Wesbrook will first meet former Thunder forward Kevin Durant who are now in the Warriors team tomorrow evening November 03, 2016.
