Manila, Philippines – The most decorated teams for 2 decades San Antonio Spurs shines again on Christmas day with a final score (119-100) against the visiting Chicago Bulls at AT&T Center, December 25, 2016 (Eastern Time).
It looks like a shooting practice of Kawhi Leonard and Lamarcus Aldrige on the opening period as Spurs combined 14-17 field goals. Aldrige open the quarter, 100% percent in the field 9 of 9 only Pau Gasol triple and a dunk by David Lee of Spurs, who contributed a basket the rest are from Kawhi and Aldrige who combined for 31pts in the opening quarter.
Spurs easily blown out the leads by 20pts but Spurs only hold 11pts going into the second period.
Despite the massive productions of Aldrige and Kawhi who combined 41pts in the first half they only lead by 5pts at the break.
Lamarcus Aldrige who are 91.7% in the first half lead the Spurs with 33pts and 9 rebounds. Kawhi Leonard also added a double-double with 25pts and 10 rebounds.
Dwayne Wade leads the visiting Bulls with 24pts along with 6 assist and 3 boards. Butler also finished with 19pts.

First Quarter
It was a Duo combination of Aldrige and Kawhi who combined 12 of 13 field goals and 14 of 17 field goals overall for the Spurs. Spurs lead easily balloon to 20pts 28-8. Although Bulls ended with 11pts behind.
Tony Parker and Jonathon Simmons both missed 1 attempt each and Kawhi 3 of 4 in the field.

Second Quarter
Without Kawhi and Aldrige on the first 3 minutes of the period the Bulls find a way to trim the lead to just 4pts but when Kawhi and Aldrige inserted back the leads back to a dozen 47-35 but Bulls finds a rhythm that cuts the leads to just by 5 to end the period.
Lamarcus Aldrige finally missed his attempt with 2 minutes left in the quarter.
Kawhi and Aldrige combined for 4 of 7 in the field goals this quarter alone. They now have 41pts combined in the first half. Aldrige is now at 91.7% in the field for 11 of 12 shooting in the half.

Third Quarter
With more than 4 minutes of play in the period the Bulls finally even the score with 63 a piece and then tied again with 67-67 by Jimmy Butler after hitting a triple for the Bulls and their first lead of the game with 70-67 but Bulls did not hold that leads too long as Aldrige and Kawhi fill the emptiness of the Spurs to tie again with 71 apiece after a split free throw of Lopez. Then the Spurs pushed another run, including 3 dunks of Dedmon to extend the leads to 11pts in the period.
