Many of your friends have been bullied about their new status on Facebook, Sometimes they tag a picture that you don’t want to see it or they notifies about your newly added friends.
So in this tutorial, I will let you know about how to use privacy settings on Facebook.
In this post we will only focus, “To disable notifications to your friends about your recent activity when you have added new friends”
1. Login your facebook account
2. Click on the activity log see image below.
3. Remember default settings on Facebook is they allow your friends from notifying about recent activity.
As you can on the image above, you can see a pencil like image on the right corner. A pencil image represents that whatever your recent activity, it will notify your friend. So in their news feeds they can see like this one “xxxxx is now friends of yyyyy”. Etc.
So you will wonder if there is a setting on Facebook that can restrict them from viewing this activity.
4. Make these settings to prevent your friends viewing your recent activity “newly added friends”.
Image above tells that, if ever you added newly friend, only you can see this activity because it set “Only Me”. You can see a lock image on the right corner.
There you have it, your friends will not have any notifications about your newly friend.
Please share this post, so that your friends will know.
