Manila, Philippines – September 29, 2016 Semi-final match between TNT and Bolts series tied to (1-1).
Unlike the first game coach Norman Black started his team as usual, but now in game 2 Norman Black changed his lineup instead he started Jared Dillinger. That adjustment made the Meralco Bolts undeniable on the transition as they easily lead (6-16) in the middle of the opening period. TNT could not find any rhythm as they outscored by 14 in the first quarter (29-15).

TNT had a chance to cut the lead into 2 positions game with more than 4 minutes to play in the second quarter (43-38), but that was the closest TNT ever made as Bolts sparked an 11-2 run (54-40) going to first half of the game.
Meralco leads by a monsters double-double performance of their import Durham with 31 points and 21 boards. Also a veteran point guard and a former TNT player contribute 16 points for the win of the Bolts. On the other-hand TNT lead by the 2 time best point guards in Asia Jason Castro tallied 24 points.
