My Story:
From my personal experience I have tried the military diet and it was worth it. It was hard to stay focused on the certain foods, and proportions. Maintaining the fitness part was harder than it seemed. Something I should’ve known before I started was to STAY HYDRATED throughout the day. Drinking water is better more than eating bunch of snacks that are unhealthy to the body. Something everyone may not know is that your body may seem to tell you it’s hungry, but in reality your just de-hydrated. Everyone needs to drink at least 8 cups of water a day to stay healthy. I recommend this diet to anyone who would like to lose weight quickly!
