MANILA, Philippines – November 10, 2016 – The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) has upgraded from magnitude 4.4 to magnitude 5 quake that hit General Nakar, Quezon
Epicenter of the quake was located 24 kilometers northwest of General Nakar and has a tectonic in origin with a depth of 13 kilometers.
Intensity 5 was felt in General Nakar, Quezon, while intensity 4 was felt in Antipolo City.
Intensity 3 was felt in Quezon City, Marikina City, Manila, Makati City, Tarlac City and San Juan City,
Taguig City and Mandaluyong City also felt with intensity 2.
The quake was also felt in Caloocan, Muntinlupa, Taguig, Makati, Pasig, Manila, Malabon and Rizal province.
