When we talk Golden State Warriors they are heavily relying on their 3point caliber conversion, but tonight Warriors went 7-30 (23.3%) in the 3point area. Stephen Curry, who leads in that category went (0-8) in long range this was the second time this season that he did not make a single 3 point basket.
First Quarter
The games started tight as they only tied once in the opening (2-2) then had 7th lead changes when they lead (11-10) half way in the opening period. Warriors continue their masterpiece and went 16-3 run to extend the lead (27-13) until Speights made a basket after a long drought (27-15). The ball movement of the Warriors looks so easy as they went another (10-4) run to end the opening the period (37-19).
Klay Thompson, who scored 19pts again the Pacers went (1-6) in the opening period.
Second Quarter
With so much involvement of the entire Warriors plus the ball moving the lead climb to (43-23) after 2 minutes of play in the early second period. Thanks to Jamal Crawford started hot and the Clippers trim the lead to single digits (51-42) but the Warriors still managed to extend the lead by 13pts going into the break with (62-49).
Third Quarter
As Warriors tighten their defense Clippers looks difficult to convert any basket. Warriors took the biggest lead of the night with 26pts after (18-5) run half way in the 3rd period. Warriors hold a lead (91-75) going into the final quarter.
Fourth Quarter
With no answer of the Los Angeles Clippers people at Staples Center looks so silence and the Warriors lead balloon again (100-77). Warriors just wounded the Clippers by a 17pts deficit after the final period (115-98).
Splash brothers just combined 43pts and went (3-14) in long range, Thompson went (3-6) while Curry went (0-8) in three-point area.
Jamal Crawford leads the Clippers and finished by 21pts and went 3 of 6 in the three-point area. Blake Griffin only finished with 12pts on 5 of 20 field goals.
A possible outcome of the standings if Clippers win tonight San Antonio Spurs just even the series with (18-4) card, but the Warriors came out victorious and still in a commanding lead in the standings (19-3).
