Being an online writer and blogger, I realized the importance of learning the different skills to gain success in this activity. Trying to build my own blog site prompted me to learn how to install and set up blogging platform such as WordPress. This may sound complicated at first but as I went along, I learned that even people with basic skill can set up their own blog site. The only requirement is that we should know how to follow instructions.
Though I must admit that starting alone and trying to learn everything by myself is a complex process causing me to commit tons of mistakes. It’s okay. What is important is that I was successful in setting up my own site.
Unless we have excess fund to hire someone who can do it for us, being a blogger should also mean we know how to create graphics that would complement to our content. Thankfully, I discovered Canva and all my worries had vanished. I can create awesome designs that work perfectly, and I am proud to share those to the social media sites such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
Since I discovered Canva, I devoted ample time to learn how it works to create blog graphics and other image attachments to my blog posts. It was worth the time. I love the result and started creating blog graphics, social media posts, quotations, and just about anything that would require creative designs. I became obsessed with Canva. Seems unusual but I started to love my work.
