Manila, Philippines – October 12, 2016, Game 3 of the Governor’s cup finals between Barangay Ginebra and Meralco Bolts preview.
Ginebra who always had a big lead in 2 games, they had as much as 16points lead in the game 1 loss with 36points career high performance of Tenorio. Also, in game 2 they had 15points lead in the third period, but the Bolts managed to erased that lead, although Barangay prevail to end the game.

Meralco Bolts prolific scorer import (Allend Durham) limited just 22 points in game 2 who tallied double-double performance 46points and 14rebounds in game 1. On the other hand Ginebra’s import Justin Brownlee who lead in game 2 wins on points for both teams.
The 3 guard combination of Tim Cone, is not yet explosive in 2 games. But we all know that every game is another set of defense and offense just like in game 2 that Tim Cone put small Sol Mercado to Allen Durham most of the time in game 2. Scottie Thompson, who shines in the semi finals between Barangay and San Miguel, is not yet explosive as he poured a triple-double in game 3 and double-double performance in game 5 of the semis.
How Meralco coach (Norman Black) responds to Tim Cone strategy, putting small Sol Mercado to their import in game 2. Could Black find another plan to make Durham more productive? Or will Tim Cone had another plan to shut down the energized Bolts.
Game 3 of the finals will be today October 12, 2016(7:00pm).
